Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown

A promising Rock guitarist / Singer / Songwriter Tyler Bryant and his band The Shakedown has released their 3rd original studio album “Truth and Lies”. Tyler has been working for Rock kings like Jeff Beck, Aerosmith, AC/DC and Guns N’ Roses as a tour musician and build his solid skills and confidence.
The new album “Truth and Lies” displays his signature Blues Rock sound, uplifting Hard rock tunes and supreme Rock ballads, and it fascinates wide range of rock fans than ever.
Of course guitar performance Tyler Bryant himself stands out in those tracks. The outstanding solo in the end of “Couldn’t See The Fire” sounds like the guitar itself sings emotional melodies and it proves why he is considered as a future generation guitar hero. Graham Whitford who also plays a guitar in the band must also be mentioned for his beautiful play alongside Tyler.

次世代のギターヒーローを感じさせるタイラー・ブライアントのギタープレイも健在。 “Couldn’t See The Fire”のエンディングにおけるエモーショナルで歌い上げるような圧巻のギターソロは、この作品の聴きどころとなっていると共に、バンドで同じくギターを担うGraham Whitford（グラハム・ウィットフォード）とアルバムの全編で素晴らしいロックギターを聴かせてくれる。

Quinn Sullivan

Quinn Sullivan is an 18 year old blues guitar player, whose talent has received recognition from blues master Buddy Guy. Quinn started playing the guitar at a very young age and was featured on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” when he was 6. Quinn Sullivan has since shared the stage with big names such as Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, Los Lobos, The Roots, Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi, Joe Bonamassa, and is considered as one of the most promising young and highly targeted guitar players. Quinn Sullivan has released his 3rd album “Midnight Highway”, produced by Grammy winning producer Tom Hambridge, known for his work with Buddy Guy. “Midnight Highway” not only showcases Quinn Sullivan’s quality guitar performances, but also displays his talents as a singer and songwriter. ブルースの大御所バディ・ガイにその才能を認められた18歳のブルース・ギタリスト、ミュージシャンであるQuinn Sullivan (クイン・サリヴァン)。幼少の頃よりギターを始めており6歳の時には米国のTV番組「The Ellen DeGeneres Show」への出演で注目を浴びている。それ以降もこれまでにバディ・ガイ、エリック・クラプトン、ロス・ロボス、ザ・ルーツ、デレク・トラックス＆スーザン・テデスキ、ジョー・ボナマッサなどのトップミュージシャンとステージで共演するなど着実に音楽のキャリアを積み上げてきている若手注目株である。
そんなクインによる自身の通算3作目のアルバムとなる作品が「MIDNIGHT HIGHWAY」。バディ・ガイのアルバムを手掛けたグラミー賞受賞プロデューサー、トム・ハムブリッジを迎えて制作された今作は、ギタリストとしてのクインの実力は勿論のこと、シンガー、ソングライターとしてミュージシャンの総合力も発揮された良曲揃いの素晴らしい作品となっている。
